Research Methods I

Reinforces the conceptual basis for interpreting professional literature and making evidence-based practice decisions. Both qualitative and quantitative research designs are explored in depth, and students are instructed in the research process with emphasis on the literature review. Student groups complete a literature review on a relevant topic under the direction of a faculty advisor.
