Organizational Leadership & Communication

This course is designed to increase students' knowledge and application of concepts, theories and models in communication for organizational leadership, problem solving, and decision making. The course emphasizes communication as a tool for organizational effectiveness and leadership. The content focuses on self awareness/knowledge, communication within complex adaptive systems, communicating for organizational effectiveness, facilitating difficult conversations and managing conflict.
