Practice Management

This elective course is designed to introduce students to the decision variables involved in running a private dental practice and the subsequent impact of these decisions on practice performance. Students will work in teams with three members. They will be required to make decisions in operations, staffing, marketing, and finance. They will also create financial statements for the practice and respond to 12 real-life clinical and business scenarios.
