Health Promotion in Populations

The course focuses on understanding the forces shaping community and global health patterns and the impact of these global processes on societies. Students will review strategies to assess, plan, implement and evaluate population-focused programs for health promotion and disease prevention of individuals, families, groups, communities and populations. This online course is delivered utilizing synchronous and asynchronous distance learning modalities.
