Nursing Care: Child, Adolescent & Family

This didactic and clinical/laboratory course in the accelerated program provides the student opportunity to examine and apply concepts basic to professional nursing practice to nursing care of infants, children, and adolescents within the context of the family. Clinical learning experiences occur in a variety of health care settings including acute and ambulatory. Strategies for health promotion and/or management of health problems are utilized. (Theory/Clinical)
