Foundations of Nursing Practice

This didactic and clinical/laboratory course in the accelerated program provides the student opportunity to examine and apply concepts basic to professional nursing practice. Focus is placed on the development of clinical reasoning and psychomotor nursing skills in the provision of nursing care. Students apply knowledge of health promotion and disease and injury prevention in delivery of nursing care. (Theory/Clinical)
