Includes a survey of the classes of pharmacological agents used in the treatment of diseases and disorders of the cardiovascular, pulmonary, musculoskeletal, integumentary, and neuromuscular systems. Examination of clinical responses to drug interactions and side effects in the physical therapy patient population and presentation of medical diagnostic measures used to assess diseases and disorders of these systems. Prerequisite: PT 601
