Project Management

In this course students learn the principles and fundamentals of project management necessary to achieve objectives in healthcare organizations. Special emphasis will be placed on the application of leadership skills, overcoming objections, achieving buy-in, conflict management, negotiation skills and working with diverse groups of individuals. Through case studies and various exercises, students will use tools and techniques to gain experience in single and multi-project management. This online course is delivered utilizing synchronous and asynchronous distance learning modalities. (75 clinical hours)
