Description

Students will learn the indications for occlusal adjustments by selective grinding. A method for obtaining harmonious occlusal function through selective grinding will be presented. Students will do a functional occlusal analysis of a patient, determine whether an occlusal adjustment is indicated, and then mount diagnostic casts in a semiadjustable articulator. Following equilibration of these casts, occlusal equilibration of the patient will be done.
