Missing Teeth I/Complete Dentures

Etiology of edentulism is presented along with anatomic physiologic and socio-economic implications which affect treatment of the complete denture patient. Students practice arranging artificial teeth and make a set of complete dentures in the laboratory. Discussion of clinical techniques and a patient demonstration of clinical steps are performed. This is to aid the student in understanding the overall process in construction of complete dentures.
