An advanced course on modeling and methodology in statistical genetics for human diseases and traits. The course will cover topics including linkage analysis, population structure and stratification, admixture mapping, heritability and genetic risk prediction, familial aggregation, association analysis and others. On successful completion, participants will have the skills to develop and apply statistical methods towards a variety of genetic questions.
