Overview
Description
During this elective, third-year students expand their clinical knowledge of neuroanatomical principles and learn how medical problems that affect the nervous system are diagnosed and treated in the ambulatory and inpatient settings while joining the general neurology, NSICU, neurosurgery, or stroke service. Emphasis is placed on the neurologic history and clinical examination in patients with acute and chronic neurological diseases.
