Description
This third-year elective introduces the evaluation and diagnosis of common pediatric gastrointestinal complaints in the ambulatory setting. The primary focus is on history taking and physical examination as a means for formulating a differential diagnosis for a given chief complaint. Treatment plans are formulated with the student to introduce them to nuances of developing patient-specific therapy.
