Description
This course focuses on the physiologic changes that occur as a result of disease processes, the clinical manifestations indicative of altered health and the therapy used to treat or affect these disease processes. Topics to be covered will include cellular injury, inflammation, healing, immunity, neoplasia, cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, renal, genitourinary, endocrine, skeletal, and nervous system diseases. Attention to status assessment through critical interpretation of clinical evaluation.
