Description

A laboratory component introducing operative dentistry. Students are taught how to utilize the dental operatory and equipment. The course includes the use of artificial teeth to develop essential psychomotor skills necessary for the restoration of teeth. Students prepare and restore with dental amalgam, composite resins, glass ionomer, and IRM various class I, II, III, V restorations in pre clinic.
