Polymer Processing

Methods used to fabricate polymer biomaterials will be presented and the parameters important to each method, the equipment and control mechanisms will be discussed with the advantages and disadvantages of the different methods compared. Among the topics to be included are injection molding, extrusion, machining, reactive injection molding and pultrusion.
