Therapeutic Management in Primary Care III

This course focuses on the health issues and needs of older adults and principles for evaluating, managing and coordinating their care in a variety of settings. Emphasis is on the collaborative role of advanced practice nurses in assisting older adults and family caregivers from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds to negotiate health care delivery systems.
