Health Information Visualization

Information visualization is the use of interactive visual representations of data to amplify human cognition. This course provides an introduction to the theories, principles and techniques for creating effective interactive visualizations of quantitative health information. The course will take a hands-on approach and will teach how to carry out visual analytics using a modern data visualization software.
