Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Assessment, Management and Evaluation I

This course provides the theoretical basis for advanced assessment, diagnosis, reasoning and decision making for the collaborative management and evaluation for advanced nursing practice. Focus will be on the collaborative management of clients with acute health problems such as: diabetes, hypertension, acute renal failure, pulmonary diseases, endocrine problems, and neurological disorders etc.
